Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to Aplu.io’s push notification service (“Service”) can be cancelled and under what circumstances refunds may be issued. By purchasing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. 3-Day Cancellation Window

  1. Eligibility

    You may cancel your initial subscription within the first 3 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

  2. How to Cancel

    To request a cancellation, please call or WhatsApp us. Include the following details in your request:

    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your Aplu.io account
    • (Optional) Reason for cancellation
  3. Confirmation

    Our Support Team will confirm receipt of your cancellation request. Once confirmed, your subscription will be deactivated, and you will not be charged further.

3. Refund Eligibility and Processing

  1. Full Refunds (Within 3 Days)

    If you cancel within the 3-day window, you will receive a full refund of any subscription fees paid. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing times may vary by financial institution).

  2. No Refunds (After 3 Days)

    If you cancel after the 3-day window has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  3. Multiple Subscriptions

    Each subscription purchase includes its own 3-day cancellation window. However, if we determine that you are attempting to abuse or exploit multiple cancellations, we reserve the right to deny refunds.

  4. Bank Fees or Transaction Costs

    The refund amount will be processed after deducting any applicable bank fees, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other applicable charges.

  5. Taxes and Duties

    You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees. These amounts are non-refundable if already remitted to the relevant authority.

4. Annual vs. Monthly Subscriptions

  1. Monthly Plans

    Monthly subscribers have 3 days from the start of each new subscription period to cancel and be eligible for a full refund of that month’s fees.

  2. Annual Plans

    Annual subscribers have 3 days from the initial purchase date to cancel for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after 3 days, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

  1. Free Trials

    If you signed up under a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without incurring charges. Once the trial concludes, standard subscription fees and this Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.

  2. Promotional Offers

    Promotional discounts or offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. In case of a conflict between this policy and those terms, the specific promotional terms may govern the refundable amount.

6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  1. Upgrades

    Any plan upgrade requested mid-billing cycle may be charged at a prorated rate or take effect in the next billing cycle, depending on our discretion.

  2. Downgrades

    If you downgrade your plan after the 3-day window, no prorated refunds are provided. The downgraded plan and pricing will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Interruptions or Technical Issues

  1. No Automatic Refunds: Service interruptions, temporary outages, or technical issues may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Such disruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
  2. Case-by-Case Assessment: In rare situations where Aplu.io determines the disruption was significant and primarily due to our own system errors, partial or full refunds may be offered at our sole discretion.

8. Abuse or Violation of Terms

Right to Deny Refunds: If we have reason to believe you have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misused the Service or the refund process, Aplu.io reserves the right to refuse any refund requests.

9. Legal Jurisdiction and Consumer Rights

  1. Local Consumer Laws: Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory or legal rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where any term of this policy conflicts with such laws, those laws will prevail.
  2. Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun (Uttarakhand).

10. Changes to this Policy

  1. Right to Update: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website or through other reasonable means.
  2. Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Service after we post an updated policy indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
