This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms for cancelling subscriptions and purchases for all services offered by Aplu.io (“Service”). This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in all our legal documents, including our Privacy Policy. Our goal is to provide superior products and a seamless customer experience, and this policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the different nature of our service types.

Understanding the nature of digital products presents unique challenges for refunds. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, once the software files are sold and delivered, you are granted a license to our intellectual property. At that point, we lose control over the files' distribution, meaning they can be replicated or used in ways beyond our reach. Therefore, as a general policy, all sales of the Self-Hosted Push Notification Service are final and non-refundable.
This policy does not reflect a lack of commitment to your satisfaction. Should you experience difficulties or require assistance with our product, our dedicated support team is readily available. Please raise a support ticket, and we will respond promptly to guide you through configuration or any technical issues. We encourage prospective clients to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to purchase to ensure the product meets your needs. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities.
In truly exceptional cases where the software is proven to be non-functional due to a fault of our own that we are unable to resolve, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. To be considered for an exception, you must contact our support team and provide detailed evidence (e.g., server logs, error messages) demonstrating the issue. Our team must be given a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and attempt to resolve the problem. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 3–14 business days.
If you signed up under a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring charges. Once the trial concludes, the standard subscription fees and the relevant refund policy will apply.
Service interruptions or temporary outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund. In rare situations where we determine a disruption was significant and due to our own system errors, a partial or full credit or refund may be offered at our sole discretion.
All transactions and any applicable refunds are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified. Any approved refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable bank fees, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other non-recoverable charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties, which are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we determine you have violated our Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misused the Service or the refund process.
If your account is terminated by Aplu.io due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund for any fees paid.
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with any third-party payment processor or financial institution, you agree to first contact Aplu.io support to attempt to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may be considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback request and provide relevant information to the financial institution, including evidence of your agreement to this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution clauses specified in our Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post an updated policy indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
