This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to Aplu.io’s push notification service (“Service”) can be cancelled and under what circumstances refunds may be issued. By purchasing or subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
You may cancel your initial subscription within the first 3 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, please call or WhatsApp us. Include the following details in your request:
Our Support Team will confirm receipt of your cancellation request. Once confirmed, your subscription will be deactivated, and you will not be charged further.
If you cancel within the 3-day window, you will receive a full refund of any subscription fees paid. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing times may vary by financial institution).
If you cancel after the 3-day window has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Each subscription purchase includes its own 3-day cancellation window. However, if we determine that you are attempting to abuse or exploit multiple cancellations, we reserve the right to deny refunds.
The refund amount will be processed after deducting any applicable bank fees, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other applicable charges.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees. These amounts are non-refundable if already remitted to the relevant authority.
Monthly subscribers have 3 days from the start of each new subscription period to cancel and be eligible for a full refund of that month’s fees.
Annual subscribers have 3 days from the initial purchase date to cancel for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after 3 days, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.
If you signed up under a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without incurring charges. Once the trial concludes, standard subscription fees and this Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
Promotional discounts or offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. In case of a conflict between this policy and those terms, the specific promotional terms may govern the refundable amount.
Any plan upgrade requested mid-billing cycle may be charged at a prorated rate or take effect in the next billing cycle, depending on our discretion.
If you downgrade your plan after the 3-day window, no prorated refunds are provided. The downgraded plan and pricing will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Right to Deny Refunds: If we have reason to believe you have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misused the Service or the refund process, Aplu.io reserves the right to refuse any refund requests.
